Film Review: I love you, man (2009)

Synopsis:

Peter Klaven (Paul Rudd) is engaged and getting married with his fiancee. He confused whom will be his best man because he doesn't have a bestfriend to be his bestman. Peter starts to hang out with new guy to find best friend, until he meet Sydney Fife (Jason Segel). Peter find Sydney is nice guy to hang around. Yet, is this enough to make him to be Peter' best man at his wedding.

My Review:

The story is simple, yet the chemistry between Paul Rudd and Jason Segel remark the movie. Its brilliantly funny and hilarious. I really enjoy the chemistry between these two actors. Peter Klaven is frustrated to find a best friend. His adventure starts from hanging around with his wife best friend' husband at poker game and even meet a homo and getting kissed by a homo. Until he meet Sydney at open house.

Peter starts contact Sydney and they two starts to hang around and playing music together. This togetherness starts to get peoples attention and even Peter' fiancee starts to get jealous, because Peter starts to replace their hbo movie routine with hanging around with Sydney.

Sydney even starts to question Peter' feeling towards his fiancee and why he wants to get married with his fiancee. Sydney even question Peter' sex life with his fiancee. This cause chaos in Peter and his fiancee life and even his fiancee walk out him because of this. After his fiancee left him, he starts to avoid Sydney and his life just back to where Sydney never exist. At his wedding day, Peter is standing near the lawn and He starts to remember playing guitar with Sydney and his fiancee knows about this and she contact Sydney so he could come to their wedding.

This is a nice romantic comedy that I enjoy pretty much. I like the simple story, its simple but clear. I really recommend this movie to anyone who likes romantic comedy. This movie will gives you laugh and sweet feeling.

Kind regards,

Selene.
